Soda Bad for Me!
Do you drink soda? I do, every day without fail, it is what I have in the mornings instead of coffee.
I’ve been reading a lot about sodas lately and am feeling very bad about my consumption of it. It’s easy to find information out there about how Cola drinks leach your body of calcium, prevent iron absorption is linked to esophagus cancer, obesity etc etc. so why do you drink the stuff? Its simple, I’m addicted.
I think I want to stop this addiction, but honestly I’m scared of going ‘cold turkey’, I’m not sure I can handle the withdrawal headaches. I think starting tomorrow I’m going to downsize my morning drink and we’ll go from there.

Maybe sip iced tea instead? That’s what I drink, unsugared green tea. It actually helps your appetite too (I’ve noticed that first hand) . It’s not as caffeinated as soda, so you might have a headache or two. Sometimes doctors will suggest cutting down gradually on caffeine (for all those coffee drinkers), so I would say change one soda a day to green tea and do that every 2 days so pretty soon you’re only drinking tea.
That’s what I drink! And I buy the good stuff, not the stuff from the store, I just like it better.
